Shipping policy

Customers are presented with our refund policy through multiple, clearly defined touchpoints prior to completing their purchase. First, each subscription product page features a prominent “Refund & Return Policy” link beneath the price. During the checkout process, the same link appears in the order‑summary sidebar, where customers must review the policy and affirm their agreement by checking a confirmation box before the “Pay Now” button is enabled. Immediately following payment, the order‑confirmation email reiterates these terms and provides a direct link to the full policy. Additionally, the refund policy remains readily accessible at any time via our FAQ page and within the customer’s account management portal. Together, these measures ensure that every customer has ample opportunity to review and understand our refund terms before and after subscribing.


The customer is not entitled to a refund because, under our clearly stated refund policy, products must be returned in their original, unopened condition before a refund can be issued. No return shipment or valid tracking information has been provided, so we cannot verify receipt of the merchandise and therefore cannot process a refund.
