Wrist Mafia operates on a mystery box model whereby subscribers receive a random watch for every month they are subscribed. We pride ourselves on providing a wide range of watch types and styles, and this subscription model allows us to do so while giving our subscribers maximum savings.

In order to ensure our subscribers can continue to receive quality timepieces at incredible prices, Wrist Mafia adheres to a strict no-return policy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Wrist Mafia does provide a 30-day defective warranty on all orders, and Wrist Mafia members are able to exchange their watches within 30 days of ordering if their order arrives dead on arrival (DOA).

All Wrist Mafia members are encouraged to please inspect orders upon reception, and to contact Wrist Mafia immediately if the order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

An order may be considered Dead on Arrival and eligible for exchange if any of the following conditions are met:

1. The order either doesn't arrive or is missing items from the carton. (Note: tracking information must confirm that the order was not delivered. Wrist Mafia is not responsible for any missing orders that are marked “delivered” by the courier.)
2. The item(s) arrive in damaged condition.
3. The item(s) fails mechanically due to manufacturing defects.

If any of the above conditions are true, you are eligible for an exchange. In order for Wrist Mafia to process your exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item(s) must be unworn or unused. 
3. You must have the order’s original packaging (tags included).
4. You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is processed, a replacement will be sent back to you using the address on file.

NOTE: Any items sent back to Wrist Mafia without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
