How Does It Work?
❓ When will I receive my watch?
Welcome to Wrist Mafia! Upon sign-up, your initial watch will be shipped within 3 business days. Once your first order has been shipped, you will be added to a monthly billing cycle, where you will receive a shipment confirmation on the 15th of each new month.
How it works: On the 15th of each month, monthly subscribers will be charged $40 + S/H. This is also when all prepaid 3 & 6-month membership watches will be processed. Orders typically begin shipping within 2-3 business days of processing. For orders within the U.S., shipping times are typically between 3-5 business days. For international orders, we ask customers to wait 8-21 business days for their packages to arrive due to different customs processing speeds.

❓ Do I get to choose my watch?
Due to high demand and exclusivity, we are unable to accommodate everyone's requests, so we operate on a mystery model. We send out a multitude of different watches each month, and we make sure the watch you receive is different from the previous month. Of course, every watch you’ll receive meets our $100+ MSRP standard.
❓ What type of watches will you send me?
Every month, we will send you a brand-new watch that is high quality, portrays style and sophistication, and has an MSRP of $100 or more! The value of each watch will far exceed the $40 monthly payment — that's our guarantee to you. At Wrist Mafia, we believe luxury doesn’t have to be expensive. Our mission is to give you the freshest watches at a fair price, so you can be proud of what’s on your wrist without worrying about what’s in your wallet.
❓ Do I get to keep the watch?
Of course! All watches are yours to wear in style forever! La Famiglia è eterna.
❓ Do I get to select my watch preferences?
Not yet! Preference customization is high on our priority list, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available. In the meantime, we’ll keep sending you amazing watches every month.
❓ When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged the day you sign up. It will then be charged on the 15th of every month thereafter — unless you signed up between the 6th-15th.
Here’s an example:
If you signed up on June 6th, your next charge will be on July 15th. We don't want to bill you again too soon, so your card won’t be charged within 10 days of your initial purchase. If you signed up on June 20th, the next charge will happen on July 15th.
❓ Can I skip a month?
Yes! If for whatever reason you would like to pause your subscription, you can. Simply login to our site and select the Skip A Month feature. This will skip the next charge date, and your card won't be charged until the following month.
❓ Can I cancel whenever I want?
You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. Please note that you must cancel before the 15th to be exempt from being billed. If you are billed on the 15th prior to canceling, we will not be able to refund your charge for that month. For information about canceling a prepaid subscription, please read the question below 👇
❓ Canceling prepaid subscriptions early
It turns out there are a lot of legal issues with blood oaths, so we can’t keep you in the Wrist Mafia against your will. That being said, if you sign up for a prepaid subscription (3 & 6 months), you cannot cancel your subscription early. This is because all of your watches are preordered as soon as you lock in your prepaid subscription, and we cannot offer refunds (but you already know that because you read the FAQ...right? 😉).
❓ I thought I only subscribed for one month?
Wrist Mafia does not offer single-month subscriptions. We offer month-to-month subscriptions for $40 per month*, which is charged on the 15th of every month. For a discounted rate, you can choose a prepaid subscription model (3 or 6-month membership).

❓ My prepaid subscription says it expired?
Not to worry! Our system sets our 3 and 6-month prepaid subscriptions as "expired" to ensure they do not automatically renew when your 3 or 6-months are up. Your subscription is still active and you will be emailed tracking links for each of your watches when they are dispatched.
❓ Can I get a refund?
La Famiglia è eterna. Family is eternal...and so are sales. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. If you would like to cancel a future order, you must submit a cancellation request via email before your next billing date.
The good news is that you’ll at least have a great watch to wear while you do it. We keep you classy till the end.
❓ Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Norway, Spain, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Nigeria, Sweden, Ireland, Belgium and New Zealand, and France. International rates are determined during checkout by the courier. We do not withhold any money/profit whatsoever from shipping costs. *IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders.
❓ How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is $8.50. For international orders, the cost of shipping depends on your country and region. We calculate the exact shipping rate for your address at checkout. We do not upcharge for shipping whatsoever. 🤝
❓ How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders take approximately 3-5 business days once they ship. International orders take between 8-21 days, depending on your country and the volume of packages going through customs. If you’d like to track your package, you can use the tracking information sent to you when your order is dispatched.
❓ What if I need to update my shipping address?
No problem! Email us with your new shipping address and we'll handle this for you. Just be sure to provide us with your new shipping address before the 15th of the month, or your new watch will be shipped to your old address! We're sure the new residents would like the housewarming gift, but we'd rather you get the watch you paid for!
❓ Why is my watch stuck in Miami?
Before your watch can start its international journey to your wrist, it has to be processed through customs in Miami. Due to COVID-19 delays, their facilities are a bit backed up, but as soon as your package is cleared you will see your tracking link update!
❓ My package hasn't moved, can I get sent another one?
We understand watches can get lost in transit sometimes, so if your tracking link hasn't been updated in over 14 days we'd be happy to send you a replacement.
Returns, Exchanges & Damages
❓ What if I don't like the watch you send me?
We pride ourselves on our ability to bring you the finest watches at unbeatable prices, but we understand that everyone has different tastes.
Due to high demand, as well as the exclusivity of our watches, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
❓ My watch arrived not working?
If you look closely at the right side of your watch, you’ll see a tiny piece of plastic near the dial. See it? Great! Now get rid of it. Once it’s removed, you’ll be able to set your watch! If your watch still isn’t working, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin a replacement process.
❓ No, really, my watch is actually broken.
Well, dang. We meticulously check all watches before they are shipped, but sometimes things happen in transit. If you receive a watch that is broken, please reach out to email@example.com and we’ll work with you to make things right!
Promotion products discounted by 30% or greater are subject to 1 full month of billing.
This applies to all subscription products.
