All orders are shipped on the 1st of each month. If you ordered on the 15th or before, your first watch will be shipped on the 1st of the next month with everyone else. If you missed the order deadline and do not wish to wait, you can request a previous month's watch. Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes. The watch is yours to keep forever.
Your card will be charged on the day you sign up. It will then be charged on the 15th of every month thereafter as long as it is after 30 days of initial signup. Example, If you signed up on June 3rd, your next charge will be on July 15th. If you signed up on June 20th, the next charge will happen on August 15th (Not on July 15th since it falls within 30 days of the initial charge).
Every month we will send you a brand new watch that is high quality and portrays style. The value of each watch will far exceed the $29 monthly payment. For example, we have partnered with many brands and have sent watches worth upwards of $150. At Wrist Mafia, we believe that you don’t need to break the bank to get a high quality fresh looking watch. Every watch will be tailored towards men. No girly looking watches will be sent out.
Yes! If for whatever reason you would like to pause your subscription, you can. Simply login to our site, and select the skip a month feature. This will skip the next charge date and you're card won't be charged until the round after next.
Being a subscription service, it is very hard to tailor to everyone's tastes. If you do not like your watch, you can send it back to us and select a watch from one of our previous months. Just shoot us an email or DM us on Instagram and we will take care of you.
We currently ship to USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Norway and Spain. Rates are determined during checkout. *IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian orders.
